第二學期插班生申請須知

(內地課程)

一、入讀資格
本校內地課程一年級至八年級的入讀資格詳情請參閱下方的「內地課程體系招生計劃」。

二、申請流程

（1）有意報讀本校學位的申請人須經本校網上入學系統填妥報名表。

（2）申請期由 2024 年 10 月 21 日起至 2024 年 11 月 17 日止。

（3）由於 2024-2025 年度各年級空缺相當有限，本校將於 2024 年 11 月 18 日 （星期一）下午 6 時後公佈評估安排，屆時請家長使用 貴子弟的「考生編號」登入本校網上申請系統查詢申請狀況。本校将邀請部分合適的申請人出席 2024 年 11 月 23 日 （星期六）的評估。申請者於申請期內只可申請一次；未獲邀出席入學評估的申請者，則可視作經已落選，有關申請資料將被銷毀。

（4）插班生入學的時間為 2025 年 2 月。

三、所需文件 (經本校網上申請系統上載)

（1）學生的彩色近照

（2）學生身份證明文件

（3）學生的期末成績表副本：

• 申請小一：無需上傳

• 申請小二：請上載最近 1 年的期末成績表副本

• 申請小三：請上載最近 2 年的期末成績表副本

• 申請其他年級：請上載最近 3 年的期末成績表副本

（4）學習歷程：學生個人簡歷，學生推薦信、課外活動證明及獎項副本

（5）相關戶籍證明文件

四、2024-2025學年入學费用（一學年為兩學期，所有費用會在以後不同學年按需要作調整）

五、本校中學部屬於全寄宿制，所有中學生均須寄宿。

七、注釋

（1）凡是被錄取為內地課程體系小學的學生在小學階段將不得轉入香港課程體系。

（2）凡是被錄取為內地課程體系初中的學生在初中階段將不得轉入香港課程體系。

（3）未能入讀的申請人的資料將於日後銷毀。

「內地課程體系招生計劃」

(以下計劃參考往年深圳市學位條件編寫，如有變化請以最新公布的2024-2025深圳市學位條件為准，本內容采編於政府政策，只備中文版本)

一、報讀內地課程需具備的條件及證件要求

1. 報讀本校內地課程的一年級至八年級，需符合以下條件之一：

注：小學一年級的招生對象為符合教育法律規定“年滿六周歲”(2018年8月31日及此日前出生)。

2.報讀本校內地課程的一年級至八年級，需具有以下證明文件及材料：

注：住房材料指適齡兒童、少年父母(或祖父母、外祖父母、法定監護人)一方的深圳市內商品房房產證或不動產權證(產權份額≥51%)、原著居民住房、安居型住房、房屋租賃憑證(信息)、其他類住房(含自建房、軍產房、集資房、小產權房、父母一方網格居住信息登記、商務公寓、集體宿舍等)證明材料之一。(以上住房房屋用途必須是住宅)

二、已取得義務教育階段學籍的學生，不得降級申請學位

已取得二年級及以上全國學籍的學生不得降級申請學位，如果家長隱瞞事實降級申請學位並被學校錄取，經核實後取消其學校學位。

2024-2025 Academic Year - 2nd  Term Transfer Admission Application

(Mainland Curriculum)

1. Admission Requirements
If you intend to apply for admission to grade 1 to grade 8 of mainland curriculum, please refer to the “Mainland Curriculum Admission Scheme” below to check your eligibility.

2. Application Process

(1) Applicants intended to enrol in our programs must complete the application form via the school’s online admission system.

(2) The application duration is from 21th  October 2024 to 17th November 2024.

(3) Due to limited vacancies at all grades in the 2024-2025 academic year, the assessment arrangements will be announced on our school website on 18th  November 2024 (Monday) after 6:00 p.m. Parents are required to make use of the “Candidate Number” of your child in enquiring about the arrangements. The school will invite some suitable applicants to attend the 23rd  November 2024 (Saturday) assessment. Applicants may only apply once during the application period. Applicants who are not invited to attend the assessment will be considered unsuccessful and their application details will be destroyed.

(4) The school term for transfer students begins in February 2025.

3. Upload the Required Documents (via the school’s online admission system)

(1) A recent colour photo of the student

(2) Student’s identification document

(4) Learning portfolio: Student resume, Recommendation letter, proof of extracurricular activities and/or copies of awards.

(5) Relevant Identity Documentations

5. As a boarding school, we require all secondary students to reside on campus.

7. Notes

(1) Students once admitted into the mainland curriculum of the primary section cannot be transferred to the Hong Kong curriculum during the section of primary study.
(2) Students once admitted into the mainland curriculum of the junior secondary section cannot be transferred to the Hong Kong curriculum during the section of junior secondary study.
(3) The data of non-admitted applicants will be destroyed later.

8. Remarks
(1) This is a solemn declaration: Our School did not entrust any individuals and organizations with student recruitment or promotion.
(2) All personal data provided in the application form will be handled by relevant staff of our school. The data will be kept confidential.
(3) The personal data provided by unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed afterwards.

Mainland Curriculum Admission Scheme

(The following scheme is drafted with reference of the enrollment criteria in Shenzhen of last year. Please refer to the enrollment criteria on the 2024-2025 school year released as latest. The content of the scheme is compiled based on government policies and is available in Chinese only.)
