入學申請流程

 一、提交報名資料

1. 在學校入學申請系統開放時進行報名

請點擊報名入口按鈕，跳轉至招生報名系統操作。

2. 報讀年級及資格

報讀年級

學生報讀香港課程需符合「港人子弟定義」(持有以下由香港特區入境事務處簽發的證件的申請人均可視為港人子弟)：

●H1)香港永久性居民身份證

●H2)由香港特區入境事務處簽發享有香港特區的居留權 / 入境權之證明文件

●H3)中華人民共和國前往港澳通行證 (單程證)

●H4)來港就業入境簽證 / 進入許可證

●H5)受養人簽證 / 進入許可證 (未年滿18歳的學生)*獲香港特區入境事務處簽發受養人簽證 / 進入許可證時未年滿18歲的學生，均視為港人子弟。

●H6)優秀人才入境計劃 (簽證 / 進入許可證)

●H7)資本投資者入境計劃 (簽證 / 進入許可證)

●H8)輸入中國籍香港永久居民第二代計劃 (簽證 / 進入許可證) 

●H9)無條件限制逗留 (簽證)

學生報讀内地課程需符合「深圳學位申請條件」

●深圳市戶籍兒童；

●享受市、區政府相關優惠政策人員子女；

●父母雙方或一方具有深圳戶籍的非深戶籍適齡兒童；

●父母雙方或一方持有具有使用功能的深圳經濟特區居住證，連續參加深圳市社會保險(養老保險和醫療保險)的非深戶籍適齡兒童(申請一年級至七年級需滿一年，八年級需滿兩年)。

注：小學一年級的招生對象為符合教育法律規定“年滿六周歲”

*已取得義務教育階段學籍的學生，不得降級申請學位

3.報名需上傳文件：

●學生的彩色近照

●學生身份證明文件

●家長身份證明文件

●學生的期末成績表副本：

·申請一年級：無需提交

·申請二年級：請上載最近 1 年的期末成績表副本

·申請三年級：請上載最近 2 年的期末成績表副本

·申請四年級及以上年級：請上載最近 3 年的期末成績表副本

●學習歷程：學生個人簡歷、推薦信（如有）、課外活動證明或獎項副本（如申請國際課程可額外提交：IGCSE與AS成績單（如有）、雅思成績單）

二、入學評估

*家長需在指定時間自行登入系統查詢評估時間

(本校將邀請合適的候選人参加評估)

香港課程：筆試+面試

内地課程：面試

國際融合課程：筆試+面試

三、公佈錄取

*家長需在指定時間自行登入系統查詢錄取結果、註冊安排

四、註冊

●驗證入學資料

●繳交學費、餐費、寄宿費（如適用）

五、寄宿説明

本校中學部屬於全寄宿制，所有中學生均須寄宿。

六、入學準備

●購置教科書

●購置校服

●陪讀樓申請（如適用）

七、入學報到

新生：新學年第一學期入學（9月）

插班生：第二學期入學（2月）

●嚴正聲明：深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校未委託任何個人和機構為深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校招生或推廣。

●經本申請表遞交的所有個人資料只會由本校相關員工處理，並予以保密。

●未能入讀的申請人的資料將於日後銷毀。

Ⅰ. Submit relatedmaterials

1. Apply for Enrolment During the Official Website's Admission Application Period

Please click the Apply button above to be redirected to the admissions system.  

2. Grade Level and Eligibility

Students enrolling in the Hong Kong curriculum must meet the criteria for 'Hong Kong Children', which includes being a holder of the following documents issued by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR：

●H1) HKID Card (Permanent)

●H2) Documents issued by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR showing right to land / right of abode in Hong Kong

●H3) One-way Permit for entry to Hong Kong

●H4) Full-time employment visa / work permit

●H5) Dependant visa / entry permit (for students who were below 18 years old) *Students holding dependant visa / entry permit who were below 18 years old when they were issued with such visa / entry permit by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR.

●H6) Visa / Entry permit for Quality Migrant Admission Scheme

●H7) Visa / Entry permit for Capital Investment Entrant Scheme

●H8) Visa / Entry permit for Admission Scheme for the Second Generation of Chinese Hong Kong Permanent Residents

●H9) Visa label for unconditional stay

Students enrolling in the Mainland curriculumshould meet the enrolment criteria in Shenzhen (The content of the scheme is compiled based on government policies and is available in Chinese only.)

*For admission to Primary 1, students must be "at least six years old" as stipulated in the education law.

*Students who have already obtained a compulsory education stage student status are not allowed to apply for a lower grade in the Mainland curriculum.

·Applying for G2: Please upload the copies of year-end school reports for the most recent year

·Applying for G4 and Above: Please upload the copies of year-end school reports for the recent 3 years

●Learning portfolio: Student resume, Recommendation letters, records of extra-curricular activities or awards (If applying for the International Integrated curriculum, you may additionally submit: IGCSE and AS transcripts (if available), and an IELTS score report.)

*The assessment arrangements will be announced on our school website. Parents are required to make use of the “Candidate Number” of your child in enquiring about the arrangements.

*Parents are required to make use of the “Candidate Number” of your child in checking the admission result and registration arrangement at the designated time.

 The secondary section of our school adopts a boarding system, and all secondary students are required to board.

招生说明

1. 入讀條件

孩子須於2019年9月1日至2023年12月31日期間出生。家長可參考以下表格，為孩子選擇合適的年級。

如孩子日後欲升讀香港課程或國際學校小學一年級：

2. 入學流程

●請於 2025年 3 月 8 日至 2025 年 4月 25日期間填交此意向表。

●家長須在網上填妥意向表，一經確認，將獲邀參加2025年5月底至6月初舉行的面試，同時系統會發出一個「考生編號」以供日後查詢。

●本校將於2025年4月26日(星期六) 下午6時後公佈面試安排，家長須使用  貴子弟的「考生編號」登入查詢。

3. 所需文件

經本校網上報名系統上載：

●孩子的彩色近照 (1吋半x2吋)

●孩子的身份證明文件副本

●孩子的期末成績表副本 (如有)

●孩子的成長記錄文件 (如有)：推薦信、課外活動證明或獎項副本等

4. 入學簡介會

本校將於 2025年3月8日上午十時至中午十二時舉行入學簡介會，簡介會報名日期為2025年2月10日至2月28日，額滿即止。

5. 學費意向

2024-2025年度學費為人民幣156,000元／年，分2期繳交。（一學年為兩學期，所有費用會在以後不同學年按需要作調整）

6. 備註：

●嚴正聲明：本校從未委託任何個人和機構進行招生或推廣。

●本校會將上述資料用作稍後的入學面試用途。

●向本校提供之個人資料（包括身份證號碼），純屬自願。

●如家長未能提供足夠的個人資料，本校稍後可能無法進行面試安排。

●經本意向表遞交的所有個人資料只會由本校相關員工處理，並予以保密。

●如未能成功入學，有關的個人資料將於招生程序完成後銷毀。

Any children born between 1 September 2019 to 31 December 2023. Please refer to the table below and choose the suitable class for your child.

For admission to the first grade of primary school of the Hong Kong Curriculum or international school after graduation:

Ⅱ. Admission Procedures

●Application period starts from 8 March 2025 and ends on 25 April 2025.

●Parents are required to apply online by completing the application form on our website. Upon confirmation of your application (with candidate number), applicants will be invited to join the admission assessment which will be held in end of May to beginning of June 2025.

●The assessment arrangements will be announced on our school website on 26 April 2025 (Saturday) after 6:00 p.m. Parents are required to make use of the “Candidate Number” of your child in enquiring about the arrangements.

Ⅲ. Required Document (Upload via our online application system)

●Student’s recent color photo (1.5 x 2 inch)

●Identity Document(s) of student (Copy)

●Copies of year-end school reports (If any)

●Student learning portfolio (If any): Recommendation letters, records of extra-curricular activities or awards

Ⅳ. Admission Seminar

Admission seminar will be held on 8 March 2025 (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n.). Enrollment for the online admission seminar starts from 10 February 2025 to 28 February 2025 (first-come, first- served basis). For further information, please refer to our school website (https://event.pkcxys.edu.hk)

Ⅴ. Proposed School fees

School fees for the year of 2024/2025: CNY156,000 per year, payable in 2 installments.  (An academic year has two terms, and all fees will be adjusted as necessary in subsequent academic years)

(The actual school fees are subject to the relevant departments and institutions)

Ⅵ. Remarks
