2024年6月22日上午，國內第一所深港融合教育示範學校——深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校舉行了隆重的第一屆畢業典禮暨文體綜合中心啟用儀式，出席活動的有全國政協副主席梁振英先生（GBM、GBS、JP），深圳市政協主席林潔女士，第十、十一、十二、十三屆全國政協委員、深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校校董會主席李賢義博士（SBS），香港特別行政區第四屆至第五屆立法會主席、深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校校監曾鈺成先生（GBM，GBS，JP），廣東省總工會副主席杜玲女士，中聯辦教育科技部部長王偉明教授，香港特別行政區教育局常任秘書長李美嫦女士（JP），深圳市龍華區區長雷衛華先生，深圳市政協常委、港澳台僑和外事委員會主任范坤先生，深圳市委統戰部副部長吳歡女士，深圳市教育局黨組成員關蘇先生，全國人大代表及深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校校董李聖潑先生（BBS），培僑教育機構董事會主席吳康民先生，培僑教育機構發展總監周世耀先生，深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校總校長吳育智先生等領導和嘉賓，以及中聯辦、深港兩地政府相關部門嘉賓，首屆畢業生及家長、培僑信義學校的教師及學生代表。

On the morning of June 22, 2024, Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School (hereinafter referred to as ‘PKXYS’), the first model school in China that promotes integrated education between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, held a grand ceremony for its first graduation and the launch of its Cultural and Sports Complex. Distinguished guests at the ceremony included Guest of Honour: Mr. LEUNG Chun-ying GBM GBS JP KCM, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference ; Ms. LIN Jie, Chairman of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Dr. LEE Yin-yee SBS, Member of the 10th, 11th, 12th, and 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PKXYS; Mr. TSANG Yok-sing GBM GBS JP, President of the 4th to 5th Legislative Council of the Hong Kong SAR and Supervisor of PKXYS; Ms DU Ling, Vice Chairman of Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions; Dr. WONG Wai-ming, Director of the Education and Technology Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Hong Kong SAR; Ms. Michelle LI Mei-sheung JP, Permanent Secretary for Education of the Hong Kong SAR; Mr LEI Weihua, Mayor of Longhua District, Shenzhen; Mr FAN Kun, Standing Committee Member of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Director of the Committee for Liaison with Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Overseas Chinese; Ms WU Huan, Deputy Director of the United Front Work Department of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee; Mr GUAN Su, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Shenzhen Municipal Education Bureau; Mr. LEE Shing Put BBS, Member of the National People's Congress and Director of PKXYS; Mr NG Hong Mun, Chairman of Pui Kiu Educational Foundation; Mr CHOW Sai Yi, Director of Development of Pui Kiu Educational Foundation; Mr. WU Yuk-chit, Head Principal of PKXYS, and other leaders and guests. Guests from relevant departments of the Liaison Office of the Communist Party of China, the Shenzhen government and Hong Kong SAR government, as well as the first graduating class, parents, teachers and student representatives from PKXYS were also present in the ceremony.

深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校(下稱「培僑信義學校」)由我國改革開放後首批投資內地的愛國企業——香港信義集團聯合香港傳統愛國名校培僑教育機構舉辦，是內地第一家真正由香港教育機構直接實施運營管理的，從幼稚園到高中15年一貫制的國際化學校。

Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School (hereinafter referred to as PKXYS) is jointly established by Xinyi Group, one of the first patriotic enterprises to invest in the mainland after China's Reform and Opening-Up, and Pui Kiu Educational Group, a traditional patriotic educational group in Hong Kong. It is the first school in the mainland that is directly operated and managed by a Hong Kong educational group, offering a 15-year consistent education from kindergarten to high school.

培僑信義學校是深港兩地政府全面積極貫徹習近平總書記在深圳特區建立40周年慶祝大會上作出的「促進粵港澳青少年廣泛交往、全面交流、深度交融，增強對祖國的向心力」重要指示的重要舉措。在粵港澳大灣區重大合作平台高效溝通機制下，僅用了半年時間實現學校一期工程投入使用。按照信義集團主席、校董會主席李賢義先生「將最好，給最好」的總體要求，學校高起點規劃、高標準建設。隨著文體中心的啟用，標誌著學校全面投入使用。學校配置了400米標準跑道、足球場、網球場、恆溫游泳池、3000人禮堂、800人劇場、400人演講廳、攀岩牆等設施。已經成為設施齊全、硬體卓越，提供香港、內地雙軌課程，實現多元多向升學路徑的國際化學校。

PKXYS is an important initiative to comprehensively and actively implement the important instructions made by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 40th anniversary celebration of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, which aims to "promote extensive exchanges, comprehensive communication, and deep integration among young people from Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and enhance their sense of unity towards the motherland." Under the efficient communication mechanism of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the first phase of the school's construction was put into use in only half a year. Following the overall requirement of "giving the best to the best" set by Dr. LEE Yin-yee, the chairman of Xinyi Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the school, the school was planned and constructed with a high aim and at elevated standards. With the launch of the Cultural and Sports Complex, it marks the full operation of the school. The school is equipped with a 400-metre standard track, a football field, tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, a 3,000-Seat Grand Hall, an 800-Seat Theatre, a 400-Seat Theatre, a rock climbing wall, and other facilities. It is now a well-equipped international school with excellent hardware. Providing Hong Kong and mainland dual-track curricula, PKXYS offers diverse pathways for students' further education.

培僑信義學校是一所以教育融合促進灣區融合的標杆示範性學校，一直受到社會各界的廣泛關注，正是社會各界持續給予的關心、支援，成為學校創新、探索粵港兩地教育融合的動力。是次典禮榮幸邀得全國政協副主席梁振英先生擔任主禮嘉賓。梁副主席在致辭中寄語培僑信義畢業生登高望遠，認識新的國際形勢，心懷大格局，立志於世界舞台的中央，在全球觀眾面前，努力合演中華民族的偉大復興。這正正是培僑信義學校的辦學宗旨——「中西薈萃，培育能為粵港澳大灣區、為中國走向世界做出貢獻的出類拔萃新生代」。64位培僑信義畢業生從梁副主席手中接過畢業證書，亦接下這份任重道遠的使命。

PKXYS, a benchmark and exemplary school that promotes the integration of the Greater Bay Area through educational integration, has always received attention from all sectors of society. It is the continued care and support from different sectors of society that has become the driving force for the school to innovate and explore the integration of education between Guangdong and Hong Kong. At this ceremony, it was a great honour to have Mr. LEUNG Chun-ying, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, as our guest of honour. In his speech, Mr. LEUNG encouraged the graduates of PKXYS to aim high, understand the new international situation, have a broad perspective, aspire to stand at the centre of the world stage, and strive to contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in front of the global audience. This precisely aligns with the school's mission: "nurture brilliant generations who can contribute to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and China's integration into the world by embracing both Chinese and Western cultures." Sixty-four graduates of PKXYS received their graduation certificates from Mr. LEUNG, taking on this important mission.

在培僑信義學校，來自內地各省市、香港、澳門、台灣等兩岸四地的學生一起生活、相互學習、共同成長，在多元文化的融合和薰陶下，同學們博眾所長、融會貫通，在一場又一場知識、文化、思想的交流中，不僅昇華了民族情感、增強了家國觀念，也在各個專業、諸多學科中取得了驕人成績。畢業禮上，同學們獲得一個又一個的榮譽肯定，認證了培僑信義學校構建的新時代粵港澳大灣區教育創新的成功，也為學生多元多向的升學路徑創造了機會。

At PKXYS, students from various mainland provinces and cities, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan live together, learn from each other, and grow together. Under the integration and influence of diverse cultures, students draw on the strengths of others and integrate knowledge. Not only have they elevated their sense of national pride and strengthened their patriotism, but they have also achieved remarkable achievements in various professions and disciplines through continuous exchanges of knowledge, culture, and ideas. At the graduation ceremony, students received numerous honours and recognitions, affirming the success of PKXYS in building an innovative education model in the Greater Bay Area and providing students with opportunities for diverse pathways for further education in the New Era.

在國家相關部門及粵港兩地政府的指導和支持下，培僑信義學校基於「一國兩制」下的「一校兩制多軌」模式在以教育融合促進灣區融合等方面進行了大膽嘗試和有益探索。創校以來，已獲得眾多辦學成就，包括:成為深圳唯一獲得香港學術及職業資歷評審局認證的學校、推動符合粵港兩地教育規定的香港教材落地深圳、推動落實持有香港教師證獲准內地執教資格、內地單批次招收香港教師最多的學校等。2024年4月11日，培僑信義學校成為深圳首所、唯一的香港中學文憑試(HKDSE)考場，獲編號為SZ1000，為本校考生帶來極大的方便。畢業生代表在今天的畢業禮上特別致辭感謝深港兩地政府以及國家的關心和支持。

With the guidance and support of relevant national authorities and the governments of Guangdong and Hong Kong, PKXYS has made bold attempts and beneficial explorations in integrating the Bay Area through educational integration based on the "one country, two systems" framework and the "one school, two systems, multiple tracks" model. Since its establishment, PKXYS has made numerous achievements, including becoming the only school in Shenzhen certified by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications, promoting the use of Hong Kong textbooks that comply with the educational regulations of both Guangdong and Hong Kong in Shenzhen, facilitating the qualification recognition of registered Hong Kong teachers to teach in the Mainland, and being the school with the largest number of Hong Kong teachers recruited in a single batch in the Mainland. On April 11, 2024, PKXYS became the first and only Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) examination centre in Shenzhen, with the code SZ1000, bringing great convenience to the school's candidates. At today's graduation ceremony, representatives of the graduating students specifically expressed their gratitude to the governments of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, as well as the country, for their care and support.

培僑信義學校從啟動簽約到建成開學僅用了208天，創造了歷史。今天，培僑信義學校裁培出第一屆畢業生。我們深信培僑信義畢業生未來將成為堪大任、創歷史的棟樑之才。

From the signing of the contract to its completion and opening, PKXYS accomplished this feat in just 208 days, creating a historical milestone. Today, PKXYS is proud to see its first cohort of graduates setting sail for a new journey. We firmly believe that these graduates will become future talents of society, capable of shouldering great responsibilities and creating new histories.
